About the Role

We're looking for a talented UX Writer (English) to join our team and help shape the user experience for digital platforms. You will craft clear, concise, and engaging content that guides users seamlessly through our mobile banking app and online banking services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design user-centric content in English for digital products.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to co-create experiences considering content structure, hierarchy, layout, navigation, and accessibility.
• Write UX copy that ensures clarity, consistency, and a seamless user journey.
• Participate in all stages of the design process — from concept and prototyping to final implementation.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to align content with goals and requirements.
