UX Writer (AI-First)

About the Role

We’re looking for a UX Writer (AI-First) to be our first UX writing hire — and to build the content practice from the ground up, with AI at its core. This isn’t a role about maintaining a legacy approach; it’s about designing an efficient, scalable, AI-powered content workflow that covers everything from generating and auditing copy to refining tone of voice and maintaining style guides across multiple squads and features. The copy, research, and tone work are the outputs. The AI tooling and systems you build are the method. You’ll define what great UX writing looks like at scale — and build the infrastructure that makes it repeatable. We’re expanding from Retail into Wealth and MSME/Corporate, so the surface area is wide and the stakes are real. Banking experience isn’t required; a sharp writing instinct, systems thinking, and genuine enthusiasm for AI are.
