• Lead UX/UI design for a web + mobile platform with a strong focus on simplicity and speed
• Translate complex workflows (documents, inspections, approvals, findings) into clean, intuitive user journeys
• Produce user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, typography, spacing, states)
• Deliver dev-ready assets and specs (Figma handoff, responsive ...
