UX/UI Designer

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a UX/UI Designer at STI Maritime Training Academy. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, creating visual design elements and mockups, and ensuring an excellent user experience. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining design processes, and implementing front-end designs to enhance functionality and usability.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Visual Design, User Interface (UI) Design, and creating Mockups
Strong skills in User Experience (UX) Design and usability testing to deliver intuitive solutions
Experience in Front-End Development to help implement designs effectively
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
