UX/UI Experience Designer Proficient
Requirements:
Must have:
Expertise in Figma.
Strong User Experience (UX) skills.
Ability to lead end‑to‑end product design activities.
Experience designing user‑centered digital solutions.
Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, front‑end engineers, and QA teams in fast‑paced agile workflows.
Experience using design systems and Figma templates.
Availability to work on a global project with stakeholders in the U.S., Europe, India, and LATAM.
Availability to work hours aligned with 1:30pm–9:30pm IST to collaborate with stakeholders in India, Madrid, New York, and Phoenix.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full spectrum of product design activities as an independent contributor.
Design experiences to solve customer problems combining UX and creative design.
Create intuitive, user‑centered solutions to enhance Chubb's digital products.
