Educational Background

• Business Administration
• Finance / Accounting
• Economics
• or related field

Work Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in:
• Debt collection, COLLECTION SPECIALIST
• Customer service experience
• Experience in financial services is often an advantage.
• Virtual Assistant experience is an advantage

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting or payment systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
• Empathy and patience when handling difficult clients
