VA Healthcare Recruiter/Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:

· Source, screen, and hire qualified caregivers and healthcare staff.

· Manage the full recruitment life cycle: outreach, interviews, selection, hiring, and onboarding.

· Provide scheduling support for new and existing placements (major plus).

· Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs.

· Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate documentation.

· Contribute ideas that add value to our recruitment processes.

· Create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules for caregivers and clinical teams.

· Handle client requests, urgent coverage needs, and last-minute changes with professionalism.

· Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and recruitment teams.

· Proactively identify potential staffing gaps and recommend solutions.
