Role Summary
We're hiring a smart, proactive VA (Growth Ops) to help set up and launch new marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll support execution, coordination, and experimentation: CRM cleaning, cold calling, linkedin messaging, test new approaches to generate leads etc.
Key Responsabilities
Setup and launch Cold Emailing campaigns.
Cold Calling prospects to generate leads for our partners.
Proposing new angles, scripts, and growth ideas to generate leads, run small tests.
Maintaining lead lists, CRM hygiene, call scheduling, tracking performance, and reporting.
