Role Overview The VA Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and hiring General Practitioners and other medical professionals for partner clinics while providing administrative support. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for GP and healthcare roles
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and communication with clinics
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment documents
