Education & Experience

• At least 1 year experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation (VA or BPO experience preferred)
• Proven background in cold calling, follow-ups, and prospecting
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Familiarity with sales pipelines and lead management

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal English communication with a confident phone presence
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
• Skilled in qualifying leads and booking appointments
• Goal-driven with a strong closing mindset
• Good note-taking and data accuracy
