Our Client, a leader in the Hospitality and Catering Industry, seeks to employ a Catering Manager to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Cape Town area.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Adhere to food and industry regulations and standards.
• Oversee food preparation and customer service.
• Manage seating arrangements, serve meals and beverages, and clear tables.
• Plan menus and oversee venue, equipment, food, and service preparations.
• Monitor catering stock, supplies, and place replenishment orders.
• Train and manage kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with customers, sales staff, chefs, and catering equipment providers.
• Manage stock and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Arrange food tastings with potential customers.
• Hire, train, and supervise catering staff.
