Vacancy: Creditors and Procurement Administrator – Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng

Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd, trading as Indgro Multi Services Group, is seeking an experienced Creditors and Procurement Administrator to join their team in Vanderbijlpark. This entry-level position involves coordinating all creditors and procurement operations, maintaining creditors’ records, and ensuring timely payments according to the Service Provider Agreement.

Duties & Responsibilities Reconcile approved orders and payments daily. Process and record approved payments accurately. Follow up on outstanding invoices from creditors. Capture requisitions for approval by the Creditors and Preferential Procurement Manager. Complete remittance advice for each supplier payment processed. File all Creditors and Procurement documentation systematically. Desired Experience & Qualifications Matric or Grade 12 qualification. Certificate in Creditors and Procurement (advantageous).
