About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at H3A CONSULT SDN. BHD. in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is integral to the strategic objectives of our Construction and Surveying business, working to deliver complex construction projects to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and other financial documents for construction projects
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitoring project costs and budgets, identifying potential savings and efficiencies
• Providing expert advice and guidance to project managers and construction teams
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes
