About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our Aylesbury office with a minimum 5 years PQE (or equivalent experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable lawyer to take ownership of a profitable and high-quality caseload. Work Type
You will handle a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills; life interest, discretionary trust, simple wills


• Probate and administration of estates; full administrations and fixed fee probate work. Acting on behalf of the firm.


• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)


• Taxable estates and related issues


• Trust administration
