Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and monitor transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
2. Plan and coordinate the daily activities of drivers.
3. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance.
4. Ensure all vehicle maintenance checks are up to date.
5. Track vehicle locations and schedules using GPS systems.
6. Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Ensure efficient booking of vehicles is completed.
8. Address and resolve issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
