External Sales and Marketing Partnership management
Partner Selection & Assessment: Work with procurement and country team to conduct formal assessments for partner selection, renewal, or scope extension
Cross-Learning & standardization: Provide guidance across countries to ensure consistent partnership approaches and share best practices for area of improvement
Work with legal teams to identify and mitigate contractual risks,
Attend and support demand and business reviews with external partners
Provide MCO-level perspective on priorities, strategic alignment
Ensure consistency in business review processes across all markets in SEA&I
Ensure compliance of our contracts with the business models.
Tender management
Tender coordination across countries, MCO and the region
