- Partner Selection & Assessment: Work with procurement and country team to conduct formal assessments for partner selection, renewal, or scope extension
- Cross-Learning & standardization: Provide guidance across countries to ensure consistent partnership approaches and share best practices for area of improvement
- Work with legal teams to identify and mitigate contractual risks,
- Attend and support demand and business reviews with external partners
- Provide MCO-level perspective on priorities, strategic alignment
- Ensure consistency in business review processes across all markets in SEA&I
- Ensure compliance of our contracts with the business models.
