**Main Responsibilities:**

**External Sales and Marketing Partnership management**

+ Partner Selection & Assessment: Work with procurement and country team to conduct formal assessments for partner selection, renewal, or scope extension
+ Cross-Learning & standardization: Provide guidance across countries to ensure consistent partnership approaches and share best practices for area of improvement
+ Work with legal teams to identify and mitigate contractual risks,
+ Attend and support demand and business reviews with external partners
+ Provide MCO-level perspective on priorities, strategic alignment
+ Ensure consistency in business review processes across all markets in SEA&I
+ Ensure compliance of our contracts with the business models.
