This role tasks you with being the primary authority for mechanical systems at the TRISO Fuel Facility. You will lead a dedicated team of technicians to ensure reliability, compliance with safety standards, and process optimization. Experience strategic oversight while handling routine and complex maintenance challenges in an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of the facility Maintenance Program
• Mentor and oversee maintenance technicians' daily activities
• Plan maintenance shutdowns across operational areas
• Collaborate on reliability improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely calibration of all instruments
