Job Summary

Provides warm and courteous service upon the arrival and departure of guests and visitors by managing vehicle parking and retrieval, ensuring a high-quality welcome and farewell experience in accordance with hotel standards. Maintains a professional image that reflects the hotel's commitment to excellence, efficiency, courtesy, discipline, and presentation at all times.

Main responsibilities:

• Consistently provides a warm, professional welcome and farewell to guests and visitors upon arrival and departure, maintaining an impeccable appearance and a genuine service-oriented attitude.
• Assists guests with luggage when necessary.
• Parks and safeguards guest vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
• Retrieves and delivers vehicles promptly upon guest request.
• Maintains organized control of vehicle keys and claim tickets.
