Validation Engineer

**What you’ll do:**

+ Analyze product testing requirements and develop test plans for three-phase UPS or energy storage products.
+ Conduct performance testing, assist R&D in troubleshooting and problem resolution, and complete test reports.
+ Continuously update and improve test standards and test cases based on market requirements, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

+ At least 3 years of experience in UPS testing, with the ability to independently take full responsibility for UPS validation, including test planning, execution, reporting, issue logging, and tracking.
