Validation Engineer

Job description HireArt is helping our client find a Validation Engineer to establish and execute a robust validation process, from requirements development through final report approval.

In this role, you’ll work cross‑functionally to investigate failure modes, identify root causes, and implement mitigation strategies that inform future designs. You’ll manage both internal and external testing efforts, including supplier‑led validation, to ensure products meet durability, reliability, and safety targets.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineer with strong experience in test and validation, comfortable working across electrical and mechanical systems, and skilled at translating requirements into structured validation plans.
