Valuation AM/Manager

Job Summary:

• Lead the execution of valuation engagements for complex financial instruments (including plain vanilla and exotic derivatives, structured products, equity and debt securities) for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, financial reporting and restructuring, tax and financial advisory purposes
• Build, review, and validate pricing and valuation models, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness of assumptions and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Research and implement best practices in quantitative valuation methodologies, including closed-form solutions, stochastic models, binomial trees, and Monte Carlo simulations
• Prepare and deliver high-quality valuation reports and presentations
• Drive business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client pitches
