Valuation Analyst - 2 Month Contract

Responsibilities

• Assist Asset Managers who oversee a portfolio of US properties and be responsible for maximizing asset strategies through leasing, property management and capital projects.
• Lead the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual property-level financial analysis, to track property level performance.
• Review and provide recommendations on prospective lease transactions through calculating NER and scenario analysis, including market research and asset value impact.
• Lead the quarterly valuation process; collect, review and provide information for appraisals and valuations with the goal of maximizing asset value.
• Build, review, and maintain ARGUS models that form part of the company’s valuation model and track portfolio performance.
• Assist in setting annual operational, leasing, and capital budgets.
