• Salary 76,000 to 80,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Appraise value of property and buildings
• Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data
• Appraise value of industrial and commercial machinery and equipment
• Assess business''s competitiveness based on analysis of data
• Analyze a company''s financial records to assess its competitiveness or market value
• Appraise value of personal and household items
• Prepare appraisal reports for courts, attorneys, and creditors
• Prepare appraisal reports for buyers or auctioneers
