Valuation Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports
• Liaison with bankers, clients and relevant parties
• Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports
• To provide regular updates on specific property sectors
• To undertake market surveys and feasibility study and other relevant surveys
• To provide advisory services

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Real Estate Management / Land Economy / Economics / Business / Town Planning or other related fields
• At least 2 years Experience in valuation and / or other property research is added advantage
• Good analytical and writing skills with strong command of English language
• Knowledge in publication software is an added advantage
