Responsibilities

• Perform valuations for businesses, intangible assets, financial instruments, etc., for the purpose of financial reporting, transactions, and litigation support
• Conduct market and industry research, construct and analyse financial models, and ensure best practices and quality in valuation work
• Support in pitching new projects, including preparation of proposals, engagement letters, marketing materials, and technical documents
• Perform purchase price allocations for post-transaction financial reporting purposes
