Valuation Specialist

Responsible in reviewing the reports from the External Service Provider/s (ESP) and at times if called for, shall do fieldwork or the whole process of valuation.

TASKS

• Uploads, reviews and approves reports from the ESPs.
• Submits periodic reports on his/her production and performance
• Submits periodic reports on the performance of the ESPs
• Serves as resource person in trainings, seminars
• Maintains a database of current and quality market data comparable
• Maintains a record of all activities daily
• Conducts inspection and appraisal, credit investigation, property audit and other property related fieldwork activities and tasks.

Attends department meetings and other official meetings and presentations as needed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering
• Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
