Job Description
Lead property valuation assessments as a Valuations Manager with Morguard. This role involves analyzing market values and collaborating with industry professionals for a defined portfolio.
As the Valuations Manager, you will report to the Director, Valuations, and oversee detailed valuation analyses to inform financial decisions. You’re expected to develop relationships within the real estate sector, and review valuations by external professionals. Your expertise will guide leasing strategy and property evaluations critical for acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
