About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Valuations Manager to lead complex valuation engagements, with a primary focus on financial institution valuation in support of financial and regulatory reporting. This role will manage projects such as purchase price allocation (ASC 805), goodwill impairments, ESOP, gifting, estate settlement, and minority shareholder transactions.
