The Value Chain Operations VP plays a critical role within the Global Supply Leadership Team (VCLT) orchestrating the full breadth of VCO resources and programmes to deliver the global operating plan year after year. This work is anchored in a highly capable and collaborative S&OP+ process and powered by the co‑creation and deployment of the Global Supply Strategy. Together, these elements enable the supply chain of tomorrow—future‑ready, efficient, resilient and designed to unlock value through our Commercial Priorities.



**What are we looking for?**



· Minimum of 15 years of broad and varied supply chain experience including a demonstrated technical understanding of procurement, manufacturing and supply chains



· A proven track record of delivery of consistently superior results in a business with this scope and scale, preferably in FMCG.
