**Job Summary:**
**The Value Stream Manager II or III (VSM) is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by leading a cross-functional team to execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Growth. The VSM II is accountable for the long-term financial performance of the Value Stream by aligning with business needs, driving growth, establishing a strategic vision for the future state, and implementing continuous improvement roadmaps.**
