Value Stream Manager

Value Stream Leader:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end value stream across production and logistics operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization and continuous improvement. You will drive quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance by managing capacity, optimizing workflows, and implementing Lean/OPEX methodologies to achieve operational excellence.

Your job:

• Lead and manage the value stream operations, ensuring optimal capacity planning and resource allocation (people, machines, materials)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/OPEX tools to enhance quality, productivity, and delivery performance
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to sustain performance
