Job Description

• Prepare advanced reimbursement, financial impact, and performance analyses to support managed care contract negotiations and payer strategy.
• Design, evaluate, and support value-based payment models, including shared savings, quality metrics, risk corridors, and attribution methodologies.
• Provide real-time analytical support and data-driven recommendations during payer negotiations, escalations, and strategic discussions.
• Conduct pro forma, sensitivity, and stress-test analyses to estimate the financial impact of proposed contract changes, utilization trends, and cost scenarios.
• Monitor and analyze contract and value-based program performance to identify underpayments, compliance gaps, unfavorable payment trends, and financial risks.
• Develop monthly forecasts, financial packages, and reporting on value-based performance, payment reconciliation, and variance analysis for leadership review.
