Key position functions include:
Repair all valve equipment while maintaining high standards of production, documentation and safety

Tear down, reassemble and troubleshoot valve equipment for repair in accordance with Company standards and procedures and follow Work Order specifications

Test, grease, inspect, and stamp valves

Maintain accurate database and documentation

Calibrate, function test, and trouble shoot choke valves, and a variety of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric positioners and actuation

Record non-conformances as required

Inform Supervisor/Lead Hand of any irregularities with orders or equipment

Organize and maintain the work area, including maintenance of equipment, product storage containers and racking
