Van Driver - Adult Day Health

***$500 SIGN ON BONUS***

We are looking for a part time 21+ hours per week and a Per Diem Van Driver to transport our clients for our Adult Day Health program in our Fall River location. The hourly rate range is $18 - $19 and the position is Monday through Friday split shift, 6:30 - 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 - 5:00 p.m. 

 
The Adult Day Health Program is a medically-based program that helps the participant remain independent while promoting good health and well being. 

Job Responsibilities: 

+ Transport program participants according to established safety rules and road regulations, set by D.O.T.

+ Secure and maintain all required safety equipment in the vehicle.

+ Follow the Vehicle Maintenance Protocol and keep the Transportation Coordinator informed of all service needs.

+ Report any problems or maintenance concerns to the Transportation Coordinator.
