Van Driver, SEG (Segambut)

We are currently seeking a Van Driver to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!

The Van Driver will be responsible to Sort, deliver shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional inter-face and image to customers and the general public.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Management

• Attend to customer need at all times in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD
• Provide timely customer feedback to Supervisor
• Follow up on all customer enquires
• Direct Customer to the right DHL department when further information are required
• Inform Supervisors on all service related issues
• Be accountable and honest and meet performance expectation
• To provide suggestion to improve operation efficiencies or business need
• To be able to meet special delivery
