Vancity Member Experience Officer Role

This full-time, permanent position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager and prioritizes a service-oriented approach. You will assist members with daily banking activities, onboarding for digital services, and foundation financial conversations. Strong communication skills and digital literacy are essential for successful engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct transactions accurately in-branch and over the phone
• Guide members in using Vancity’s digital tools
• Facilitate onboarding and demonstrate product access
• Perform basic Account Manager tasks with precision
• Identify referrals and maintain high-quality member insights
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in a Financial Services Representative role
