Vancouver Housing Outreach Program Supervisor

Lead efforts to uplift vulnerable women and children in Vancouver as a Housing Outreach Program Supervisor at the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre. Drive impactful service delivery and team supervision.
This role focuses on supervising the Housing Outreach program, promoting the mission of DEWC while ensuring services meet contractual obligations. Collaborating with the Manager, you will handle human resources tasks and effectively manage a busy, crisis-oriented environment. Your insight into women’s issues will help shape and guide the team's work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program team and their daily activities
• Ensure adherence to funding contract stipulations
• Plan and coordinate staff schedules
• Support DEWC’s philosophy in service delivery
• Address operational issues quickly and effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory roles, unionized preferred
