Job Description
Be part of Corix's mission in Vancouver as a Payroll & People Systems Specialist, focused on precise payroll execution and forward-thinking operational improvements in a hybrid work environment. Your role will blend critical payroll duties with a continuous improvement mindset.
You will spearhead payroll operations while exploring automation and system enhancements to optimize workflows. Engaging closely with People Operations, you'll ensure timely payroll processing and compliance while facilitating the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for employees
• Manage payroll deductions and complex item adjustments
• Support the administration of employee benefits
• Conduct audits to streamline current payroll practices
• Design and propose improvements utilizing automation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits
