Job Description

Become a Senior Customer Success Manager with VoPay in Vancouver, BC, and help clients achieve exceptional value from our fintech solutions. Lead the customer onboarding process while enhancing retention and engagement strategies.
In this in-office position, you will advocate for customer needs and ensure successful implementation of the VoPay platform. Your role as a technical guide will help bridge customer relationships with Product and Engineering teams, enabling heightened satisfaction and successful growth throughout accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer onboarding and first transaction processes
• Strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
• Drive engagement strategies to increase platform adoption
• Align on performance metrics during Quarterly Business Reviews
