Job Purpose:
Support end-to-end VAT reconciliation and governance across Group Operations. Ensure accurate daily three-way reconciliations between source systems, core banking (Flex), and the VAT engine (Suntech), manage exceptions and aged differences, and coordinate with Operations, Finance/Tax, Technology, and control functions in line with the ERF and VAT Governance Manual.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform daily three-way VAT reconciliations and identify breaks.
-Own exception report validation, tracking, and escalation.
-Drive remediation of aged and legacy reconciliation differences.
-Ensure adherence to VAT Governance Manual and ERF standards.
-Support automation initiatives and process improvements.
-Coordinate with Operations, IBG Ops, Finance/Tax, Technology, Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams.
