Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately using phone, email, and ERP
• Maintain order accuracy and timeliness for surgical demands
• Communicate with customers regarding order changes and issues
• Interface with internal teams for billing discrepancies and resolutions
• Coordinate with distribution teams for timely inventory delivery
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be fluent in English and French
