-负责与客户针对动力域相关功能实现方案进行系统定义
Responsible for powertrain and hybrid control system design with custom.
-负责EV/PHEV车型VCU/HCU软件需求文档编制
Responsible VCU/HCU software requirement development for EV/PHEV.
-负责VCU/HCU软件开发（基于Matlab/Simulink）。
Responsible for VCU/HCU software development based on Matlab/Simulink.
-负责实车功能测试和性能标定
Responsible for VCU/HCU function test and performance calibration.
-作为客户项目技术接口人，制定项目开发计划，协调内部资源，管理客户需求和工程变更.
Acting as customer technical interface, define project plan, coordinate internal resources, responsible for requirement management and change request.
Qualifications
-5年以上整车控制器/混合动力控制控制相关的系统、软件或标定经验
5 years system design, SW or calibration experience for VCU/HCU.
-至少两个完整得混合动力车型（PHEV）开发经验
At least 2 whole projects experience for HCU develop.
-熟悉汽车动力控制系统设计和软件开发
Familiar with powertrain control system design and SW development.
