VDC Technician (MEP) – Milwaukee, WIPosition Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) Technician to join a growing MEP contractor in the Milwaukee area. This role will support project teams by developing and coordinating 3D models, improving prefabrication workflows, and helping drive efficiency across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities

+ Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate system layouts and constructability

+ Perform clash detection and coordination to resolve spatial conflicts across trades

+ Produce installation drawings, spool sheets, and prefabrication deliverables

+ Assist with point cloud data integration and as-built modeling when applicable
