Job Description

Key L2/L3 support role for Veeva CRM operations Lead incident triage, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes across Veeva CRM web and mobile, directly supporting business continuity and field productivity.
End-to-end exposure across configuration, development, data, and compliance Gain hands-on experience with Veeva configuration, Apex/LWC maintenance, integrations, data operations, and OwnBackup-based backup and compliance management.
Global, bilingual environment with leadership opportunities Work closely with global IT, business owners, and field users using both Japanese and English, while demonstrating strong communication and technical leadership.
Annual salary: 10.5million and above
