• Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell vegetable seeds to farmers, distributors, and retailers to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable seed solutions.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of vegetable seed products, including features, benefits, and best usage practices, to educate customers and support their decision-making.
• Field Support: Provide technical advice and support to customers on seed selection, planting, and crop management for optimal results.
