Vehicle Inspector

About the Role We are seeking a Vehicle Inspector to join our vehicle operations team. In this role, you will inspect and process incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutch’s high standards before it enters reconditioning or sales. You will document vehicle condition, identify issues, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow.

What You’ll Do

Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.

Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards.

Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently.

Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools.

Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow.

Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.

Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures.
