Job Responsibilities
The Vehicle Inspector / Tester is responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating vehicles and related equipment in accordance with Navy motor transport standards and safety requirements. Responsibilities include conducting pre‑operational, operational, and post‑maintenance inspections to verify vehicle condition, performance, and roadworthiness.
The Vehicle Inspector / Tester performs functional testing of vehicle systems such as brakes, steering, lighting, electrical components, and safety devices.
