Vehicle Sales Payment Coordinator

Position Summary:

The main purpose of this role is to act as a compliance control between used vehicle sales and our Accounting team to ensure that vehicles that are paid for are sold off in a timely manner. The individual will be responsible for the validation of wire payments including compliance of bill of sale execution, export documentation, customer information, deposit information, proof of insurance information, title mailing information, and anti-money laundering policies. This position also has a responsibility to reconcile unresolved check payments made to Remarketing. This will require determining the issue and resolving the issue with Penske associates and/or customers. This position instills controls to ensure the full and accurate collection of vehicle sale related funds are in a timely manner so our customers can take possession of their purchase.
